2.0l Auto Estate..
Just replaced the gearbox, and my garage is telling me the above is leaking.. quite badly. They've bypassed it for now, but it will need replacing obviously.

Actually i've seen a few run quite happily with the oil cooler bypassed

As long as you have the rad cooler you'll be OK if you don't contemplate towing.

Ok, cool... thanks chaps. I'll just leave it for now, and check the oil regularly... no intention of towing anything, so no worries there.
