Help, I think I need cam cover gaskets and various O rings etc, not quite sure of exactly what is needed. My problem is that the spark plug recesses are getting filled up with oil and also there is a smell of burning oil, so I think the valve covers are leaking onto the exhaust . Does anybody have the parts required or can tell me what I need and where to get them.

You should be able to get new cam cover gaskets from ford for a BOB engine - if not there are sets floating around on ebay
