Thanks for the offer but the engine was the other side of London & after talking to the guy it sounds like a Granada engine being sold as a late Scorpio engine so no good.
Has to be a 95 - 96 engine as the block is stronger for a turbo build.
Also do either of you have any rods from a 24V with 6AA marked on them for sale

ive got a surplus of cossie crank pulleys and intake manifolds now though
perhaps another multi buy is in order! lol

Hmmm is it me or does the price of Scorpio's seem to be going up!
Gone are the days when you could pick up a spares or repair for 100 quid
