Estate tailgate & bonnet struts wanted

All the struts on my scorpio (bonnet & estate tailgate) keep failing when its cold. I dont know if taking it to Norway over the winter finished them off.
Does anyone have a cheap used set(s) going?
I saw a previous link to new ones, but its quite costly to replace them all new.
