i need the seat to fit into my narrowboat , they are just the right size and are much better quality/stronger
than from any other make.
i only need the base( the bit you sit on, not the back.) i have only used from an estate before, are they different
from the saloon?

For the usage on your narrowboat, estate or saloon will suffice.
