FOR SALE: scorpio ultima 2.9 v6 12v 4 door

Hi Folks,
I have just inherited a ford scorpio ultima 2.9 v6 12v auto petrol 4 door from in-laws. I just thought i'll give you guys first look before advertising elsewhere.
Its a metallic petrol blue, raven leather, n-reg (26/10/95), not sure if standard but has parking sensors, luxury pack, 7000 series ice pack + cd player, heated windscreen, power sunroof, programmable seats, alarm, front/ rear electric windows, full floor console, heat seats + power lumbar, headlamp washers, cd changer, driver/pass airbag + high level brake light, 16" alloys, fuel computer, security + convenience pack. (i think thats it!)
It was owned from new with full service history (all paperwork, keycodes and manuals present) and only has 21,000ish on the clock. In the last year its had a new battery, rotary arm and in last years service standard items plus brake pads.
Its due another service and M.O.T in the next week or so which will be done before sale.
In terms of condition, it has no dents that i can see, slight scuff mark on front lower bumper but the only major damage is to the interior back passenger door (drivers side) which has leather pealing away by window. Might need door card replaced to be considered mint condition.
Looking for around £1400 or for a quick sale a good offer. Can post photos or welcome to view but based in kent.

I could be interested but I would like to see plenty of pictures of the outside and inside of the car.
I am in the North East so would be a long drive to look at the car.
Why does it have such a low mileage for the car? I take it you have all the MOT certificates etc since new?

My father in-law bought the car from new as he was a locum consultant and wanted comfort for travelling. A month or so after he bought it, he got posted at the local hospital until he retired hence low milage.
When he retired, it was only used on days out and was/has always been kept in a garage when not in use hence no rust.
In terms of paperwork, i have all service history from 1995 to 2009 which includes most or all M.O.T's (will check), its service book has been stamped by ford for first 4 or 5 years then serviced every year by a local garage.
I will try to get pictures on website over weekend or on monday.

I've spoken to the wife as this would be her car, mines a Scorpio 24v Cosworth and she is very interested. I am very keen to look at the pictures and if it is as good as you say then we would like to look at the car next weekend. Can't do it any sooner due to the very long distance we would have to travel.

For me to consider travelling to look at the car I will need some better pictures of the entire car inside and out etc, so I would wait till you have more time and daylight hours.

Will you be free next Saturday if we were able to come and see the car etc? Will it have had it's MOT and service? It's a long way to come from Teesside if we had to make a 2nd trip?
