Its got the wrong headertank cap on it, so id be looking very carefully at the rad for ballooning and a weak top hose

No battery cover either.I know only a minor thing but with potential to cost a fortune in water damage repairs.

Its got 4 flat tyres to so its been sat a while so no doubt battery flat hence cover missing
Doesnt look a bad motor but sadly not worth thr 700 hes looking for it. Sad reality it will probs be sold as scrap or to a banger racer or bought for the engine
