 just want to say thanks to u all for your replys so far, u all sound like a wonderful lot  . i will def be back when i pick the car up to let u know how i am gettin on, and to ask any ? that i may have, oh i got one already, wot is this thing i might need to clean, to do with the gear box (yes it is auto), silly ? but i am a women and belive it not blonde as well. lol 
Oh another ? r there any women on this site or have i just brought a boys toy. Any way thanks again for the help and i promise i will learn as i go along.

The thing you need to clean is the M.A.F but I wouldn't worry about it till you have the car, then we can explain what you have to do, if in deed you need too ! . And has for your other question there are a couple on this site, but not many women what to work on there car's. but you do see quite a lot of women driving Scorpio. I hope this answers you questions.
