Also the e mails from the list seem to have dried up, had a few this morning but none since, so may be a lot more people are having the same problem.

Yep, just heard from Pete C
Simplelists had a problem with the anti-virus software - it rejected all messages as having a virus even though they didn't.
Should be okay now.
Just repost now if you need to.
