Surely Paypal can help with this via the Police. Paypal have to have certain details; bank accounts, card details address etc. before you can use the system.
Must be easy enough to sort it out?

I was thinking that too, wouldn't it be possible to track him via his IP address as well?

From what I have read Paypal don't really care and aren't being very helpful to the police.

Sound about right - that's why I no longer accept PP for my ebay auctions - haven't done for a long time actually, what with chargebacks, etc...
