According to How Many Left, there are now just 80 Scorpio Ultimas still on UK Roads Which, btw, makes the Scorpio rarer than many other even older Fords How many are active on this site I wonder ? https://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/?q=SCORPIO+ultima

Hi I suggested the original "how many left" thread a while ago, the number left is sooo depressing due to the supreme rating amongst the racing fraternity. This makes it incredibly difficult to get spares particularly for the cosworth improved 2.3 motor, as this is the one they use and bin many cos 2.9s in the process. Anyway to start the owners tallt I have 5 at present but must lose most as I need the room back. They are 3 cos 1 2.9 and a 2.o, from past experience you will not get many on here as most people only view here for help etc due to the vast amount of knowledge on this excellent forum, and many are probably sunday cars or sat in a shed or melting into lawns acros the country Good luck with it R

Passed, no advisories. Had to do a bit of skullduggery to get the Lambda down so another year of Scorpio motoring.

Well done, more scorps being used is good news! Had my grey estate booked for MOT yesterday but tester was ill, so it's next weak!! D day I'm afraid (small garage & perchance even smaller tester). Wonder what the road fund licence will go UP to?

Probably double for pensioners or those with older cars -- or maybe both.

Perhaps they could introduce age of owner plus age of car, times by your birthday = road fund licence, that makes £1919 for me, just wonderin' where the decimal point will be?
