hi hope some one can help the door cable on my 1997 scorpio ultima estate has broke ford can no longer supply ? any idea's

hi there i was only asking if that was the correct cable, and not some other one. have you tried trevor at fordpartsuk? should be able to get one from a scrapper, anyways. hth btw, front door should be part no. 1007672 back door should be part no. 7243555

If you look at the link put up by Andrew surely it is only a 'Bowden' cable (As used on cycle brakes etc). Could you not repair the fitting?.
