Car Mechanics is the UK’s only magazine giving guidance and advice on buying, maintaining and repairing modern cars, appealing to both budding home mechanics and specialists in the trade. Each month, our Service Bay section features detailed info and advice on what it takes to carry out a main service on popular models in the UK. The Scorpio is one of many Fords we have covered recently in this section and indeed elsewhere in the magazine. So with buying guides, servicing info, tips from the trade, step-by-step repair features, project cars, advice on engine management and eight pages of technical advice – Car Mechanics is the definitive monthly read for motorists who want to save money and don’t mind get their hands dirty! The Magazine can be purchased HERE

Just bought the magazine following the link, interested in the feature on how to blend old and new paint as well, because I find this quite hard on metallic as well as the service obviously and to support the magazine because its choosen the scorpio.

I'm trying to get hold of a few back issues of that, a friend tells me they did a 5 or 6 part on buying and restoring a Jaguar X300 sometime last year. I normally buy a few car mags when I'm about in London, you can't get b****r all here in the East, lol . Regrds, Bruce.
